No. Every service we offer — enrollment help, plan comparison, annual reviews, claims support, and drug-cost reviews — is free to you. Licensed agents are paid by the insurance carriers, not by you, so you get local guidance with no fee and no obligation.
Do you only help during open enrollment?
No. We're your year-round advisor. Beyond enrollment, we handle annual coverage reviews each fall, claims and appeals support, and plan changes whenever a qualifying event applies. Having a local person to call after you enroll is the main reason people work with us instead of an 800 number.
What area do your services cover?
